The largest multifunctional resort in central Italy is in the municipality of Rocca di Mezzo at a height of 1,450 metres above sea level. The project enjoys a unique location, located just half an hour's drive from the airport in L’Aquila, an hour's drive from the airport in Pescara and an hour and a half's drive from the international airport in Rome. Total construction area of the project: 270,000 m2.
The project is the largest in the region and includes 10 hotels, a complex of 168 apartments, 150 km of alpine skiing slopesSingular alpine skiing track Plural alpine skiing tracks, 70 cafés and restaurants, 4,000 m2 of floor space, medical clinics and spa centres, as well as a private school. The resort's premises also include a music hall drive, an art centre, a golf course, a platform for riding, as well as an area for paraplane and balloon flights.
